Deborah Wood

Deborah Wood is Boston Harbor Now's Resource Stewardship Youth Program Manager. In this role, Deborah collaborates with federal, state, and non-profit partners to create a strategic plan for programming that trains Boston-based young people in trades that preserve the cultural landscapes of the Harbor, the Islands, and neighboring public lands. Prior to Boston Harbor Now, she worked with the National Parks of Boston as an education technician to engage youth from 2nd grade to high school through public history. Deborah received her Master's degree in History from the University of Californa, Berkeley, and her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and History from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.
