Clara Scheutz

Clara is the Executive Assistant at Boston Harbor Now. In her role, she works closely with the senior leadership to provide administrative support for strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising initiatives, and building organizational culture. In addition to supporting the Chief Operating Officer with office management, recruitment and hiring, she also works closely with the Board of Trustees, Advisors, and several of BHN’s committees and working groups. Prior to joining Boston Harbor Now, Clara worked in nonprofit environmental communications at organizations including the American Council on Renewable Energy, the Tufts University Environmental Studies Program, and most notably, as Boston Harbor Now’s Communications Intern in the summer of 2023. Clara has also held positions as a Research Associate at a leading social impact consulting firm and as a Marketing Consultant for a dog accessory company. Clara holds a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University in Psychology and Environmental Studies with a minor in Entrepreneurship. In her free time, Clara sings in a band, hikes, and enjoys finding new coffee shops to try with friends.
