Na’tisha Mills

Na’tisha Mills is Boston Harbor Now’s Manager of Special Events, leading mission-driven events that connect communities to Boston’s waterfront, harbor, and islands. With extensive experience in event and development strategy as well as community engagement, she plays a pivotal role in convening key stakeholders to drive meaningful impact. Previously, Na’tisha served as Senior Program Manager at Embrace Boston, where she led large-scale civic and cultural events focused on equity and transformative change. A recognized leader, she was named one of Boston Magazine’s 150 Most Influential Bostonians (2023) and received the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network Excellence Award (2023). She is also a former member of Mayor Michelle Wu’s Boston Reparations Task Force, shaping policies on racial and economic justice. Na’tisha holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rivier University.
