UMass Envisions an ‘Oceanfront Boston Neighborhood’ at Bayside Site

The University of Massachusetts Building Authority is looking to develop the 20-acre Bayside Expo Center site in Dorchester as “an oceanfront Boston neighborhood,” and is now seeking input from developers on how best to conceptualize that vision.
