Dear Friends,
It’s hard to believe that we are already half-way through the summer, especially when we still have so many wonderful activities and events to experience. With the incredible weather, I’ve gotten out more on the Harborwalk across multiple neighborhoods, on the water in small boats as well as ferries, and out to the Harbor Islands. We are blessed to have such amazing resources within minutes of where we live and work.
With the launch of the Harborwalk web tool, exploring and experiencing the waterfront is now easier for everyone. Try it out and give us your feedback so we can continue to improve its usefulness. We also have a wide variety of public programs on the Harbor Islands and along the waterfront in partnership with National Park Service, DCR, and our many other partners. Don’t miss Salt Water’s clambakes and luaus weekly on Spectacle Island as well as the fantastic island food at Salties on Georges and Spectacle. The season is far from over, but it goes by quickly, so come out and join in the fun.
We thank you and hope you will continue to support our work to make Boston Harbor, its waterfront, and the Islands more accessible for everyone.
Thank you,
